There are some lifestyle choices you can make which could help ease joint pain or prevent it from happening. Here are some tips:
- Follow a healthy diet rich in nutrients and include plenty of foods that have anti-inflammatory properties. Examples include tomatoes, fatty fish like salmon and tuna, spinach, almonds, and walnuts.
- Drink plenty of water. Like hyaluronic acid, it can keep the joints lubricated. Being dehydrated can lead to additional joint symptoms.
- When you work out, take it slow and be very careful to avoid injuring yourself.
- Drink a lot of milk because it’s high in calcium. This is healthy for the bones and joints.

I recommend Baxyl for bone on bone knee pain
I have been told by my orthopedic doctor my knee needs replaced. Before undergoing surgery I was told about Baxyl at the health food store. I decided to try it and with only one dose I was able to go hiking with my granddaughter.
I was sold on the product and have recommended to many people!! However pain has returned perhaps because I had not been taking it daily and I feel like it elevated my sugar levels. Is there validity on taking it daily and increased sugar levels?
Not that effective.............
I started having knee pain playing with my grandchildren during the lockdown phase. So I ordered this product. But to my disappointment, it didn’t work as described. Maybe its all hype and no work.
No relief from discomfort.
I have used this product for 2 months thinking that it will provide some relief to me from the ailing joints but there is no improvement. It just temporarily numbs the joint pain for some time. Then after an hour, the pain is back again.
