To early to tell. My friend said she’d been taking it for 3 months and I can see the less gray on her head. So I’ll keep taking and wait and see.
It's a crap-shoot for acne-prone skin
I actually did notice my hair felt a little thicker after beginning to take this and then started to break out a lot. I was really excited about this product based on all the raving reviews. This was the only new addition to my routine and after seeing similar reviews that people have broken out I’m pretty sure this is the culprit. It’s normal for me to get a spot from time to time but this was like an army came and attacked my face overnight. I’ve stopped using it and my skin is already clearing up.
