It was cracked, had to buy a new one
The product does what it says but definitely get the correct cleanser for your skin type. I got the normal one but I should have bought the one for sensitive skin types as the normal one dries me out a bit. However, what took this down two whole stars was the packaging. Wow. The lid twists on…and even tho I am very careful before I’d used half the bottle it cracked and would leak everywhere. I had to transfer it into another container so I can use it up.
