Experience

Jeanette has been a dietitian since 2015 and has experience working in the clinical, community, and management setting. She has counseled both in- and out-patients.

Through these experiences has helped many people improve their health status and found her love for private practice. She also has seven years of experience working on the media side of advertising.

It was during this time she had become health conscious and interested in nutrition. What started out as a hobby turned into a labor of love and in 2011, Jeanette began to pursue a new career.

Coming from a corporate environment, she understands the burden of working long hours and trying to maintain good health and wellness.

Her current focus is on helping individuals to correct nutritional deficiencies to improve thyroid nutrition.

Using scientific testing she will determine your food sensitivities, nutrient deficiencies, gut and hormone imbalances to help restore your body and improve your overall health.

She truly believes that taking control of your diet will change your life. It has happened to her and wants to help others make it happen for them.

Education

Before becoming a dietitian Jeanette started her education at Rutgers University. During her time at Rutgers, she realized she could combine her love of writing and media and pursued a Bachelors Degree in Journalism and Media Studies.

Jeanette graduated in 2004 and then went on to work within the media side of advertising for seven years.

In 2012 Jeanette was accepted to Montclair State University and two years later obtained a certification in Nutrition & Dietetics which enabled her to apply for a dietetic internship.

Throughout her nutrition education, she volunteered at the local hospital, supermarket, and also written nutrition articles for various publications.

In June 2015 Jeanette completed the ARAMARK Distance Learning Dietetic Internship and then in September of that year, she became a Registered Dietitian after passing the registration examination for dietitians.
