• Ana started her career as a health educator, where she began to deeply understand the connection between psychology and nutrition.
• Five years into her career, Ana began training other RDs as a university instructor at California State University, Long Beach.
• She is currently the founder of a content agency made up entirely of expert RDs and the author of two cookbooks.

Experience

Ana has worked in many diverse areas of nutrition. She has extensive experience in medical nutrition therapy, through her work in both acute and long-term care. This work allowed her to truly hone her clinical nutrition skills to help make an impact on the health and lives of her patients.

She began freelance writing in 2012. Her clients include Abbott, Walgreens, Dr. Axe, and Chalene Johnson's 131 Method. She has published two cookbooks, The "Lupus Cookbook' and "Anti-inflammatory Diet One Pot Meals".
