As a former TV sex journalist turned intimacy coach and podcaster, Valerie delivers discussion on the topics of sex, society and health to help battle stigma and increase empathy for others.

Education

Valerie earned her master's degree in critical writing from the University of Sussex, UK, and bachelor’s in creative and media writing from Middlesex University, London. She was also awarded a professional certificate in the digital publication from NYU and became a certified love coach under the tutelage of sexologist, Dr. Ava Cadell.
