I have been taking unbloat for a few weeks now. I am not sure if it is helping or not. My stomach is still bloated and I don’t feel any better.
Unbloat did not contain the right amount of probiotics
Unbloat supplement which has been tested and found to be ineffective in improving gut health for me. The reason that this supplement was unsuccessful in improving gut health was because it did not contain the right amount of probiotics, prebiotics, and digestive enzymes to help with digestion.
