Product is just ok - recurring calls after I cancelled are NOT!
I tried the product but was unimpressed. Not a bad experience but not good either. My biggest issue was that I cancelled after receiving 2 monthly shipments. I have had repeated calls – sometimes multiple times a day from their sales people. I’ve repeatedly told them I wasn’t interested in renewing and did not want to be called again, but they won’t stop!
Disappointing. Just a marketing scheme.
In my view, this company’s business model is to profit by enticing customers to subscribe to regular shipments with a ‘deal’ and counting on them forgetting to unsubscribe. Unethical. Chamonix is a marketing company, not a skincare company. Bought for my wife as a gift. She experienced severe skin and eye irritation. We requested a refund per the guarantee. Without going into all the details, the company’s response was to avoid refunding the money for every reason possible. This process included long hold times, promised refunds that did not materialize without multiple follow-up calls, and holding on a Sunday for an extended period of time only to have a call center person pick up and say that Customer svc. is closed on Sunday and I would have to call back.
Be very wary of recurring charges.
I inadvertently signed up for a recurring charge and the Company will not refund my $200.00 charge. Under no circumstances did I sign up for a duplicate charge.
I’m going to keep using it for my skin
I’ve been using Genucel for about three weeks now. I think I’m seeing a small difference, but not exactly what I’d hoped for. I am getting a lot of compliments, so that gives me hope. I think I will keep using it and see what happens. I did snap a picture of my face the day before I used it and I think after a while, I will do an updated pic to compare. Only then will I know for sure. I do love the way it feels.
