Powder Looks Different from the Picture
At the bottom of every mix, I find a teaspoon of sandy particles that don’t dissolve when I add water. Is this normal? Additionally, when I opened the canister, I noticed it was only one-third full. The powder is white and heavy, in contrast to the beige, fluffy appearance shown in the picture. While the flavor is nice, dealing with the sandy residue at the bottom is quite unpleasant.
