Usurping Acceptance of Return and Refund
Hair Loss that Did Not Stop During Use. I purchased iRestore Professional after positive videos/reviews from @DrDray on Youtube.com. My hair was slightly thinning and my doctor found no lab test reasons for it.
I was shocked at the continued amount of anticipated ‘hair shedding’ I never stopped having. So much so, I had to stop use. It was supposed to be an anticipated affect that would eventually go away.
Now, well within return window, agreeing to 18% service fee, I’ve received an extended return period instead of the requested Return Authorization.
I am a real consumer of this product not using the email address of purchase because I’m still trying to receive a refund and, my personal experience is; the excessive hair shedding never stopped after use as directed for almost 5 months.
Some results using iRestore Professional
Been using iRestore Pro for now 6 months, coupled with Shapiro MD shampoo, conditioner, and leave in form, plus 2.5MG per day of finasteride. Some results, sure. I will continue to use all until I am dead if it helps, will I continue to get more results, or after 6 months this is the best I can hope for? I am 63. Thanks for any real advice, not a sales pitch. I purchased the iRestore Professional system in July 2020 & used it for one year. Since I did NOT see the Claimed results, I called customer service. Despite their guarantee, they refused to return my purchased price. I suggest that people be careful with the wording of WARRANTY. In the hindsight, I would NOT purchase this product.
