How Does It Work? | The Science Behind Curamin
This supplement is high in anti-inflammatory agents, which may help reduce the pain and swelling associated with arthritis and muscle pain.
In addition, this product contains the powerful antioxidant curcumin, which may improve antioxidant status according to some studies. However, the latest research suggests that curcumin is most effective when combined with piperine, the active ingredient in pepper.

Curcumin – This substance originates from the turmeric plant. It has bioactive compounds called curcuminoids, the most powerful of which is curcumin. It is incredibly rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents, which may make it an effective treatment for arthritis.
Boswellia Serrata – This is a type of tree that grows in the dry mountainous regions of India. The bark contains a gum resin which is extracted to use as an arthritis treatment. The resin of Boswellia species has been used as incense both medicinally and in religious and cultural ceremonies for centuries, thus it is sometimes referred to as Indian Frankincense. Boswellia is widely recognized for its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, however many gaps exist in the current research, especially as it relates to treating arthritis.
DL-Phenylalanine – This is an essential amino acid, which means it cannot be made by the body and must be consumed in the diet. There is very limited evidence that it can reduce the chronic pain associated with arthritis.

The Bottom Line
Customers were, for the most part, very pleased with this organic joint and muscle supplement. Many were delighted by how quickly and efficiently it took care of their pain.
This included some consumers who had tried several other solutions unsuccessfully. While this product includes a combination of ingredients that may be helpful for joint and muscle pain, the overall evidence is lacking.
These are organic substances and they should be fairly safe; however, they are still potent ingredients. If you experience any uncomfortable side effects, stop using the product immediately.
Before you start taking Curamin, see your doctor and get medical approval.

Haven't noticed any Improvement
My joint has started showing the signs of aging so as an early measure I started to do some research on joint health supplements and I came across this supplement. After using it for about 2 months now I can say that I haven’t noticed any improvement in my joint stiffness, nor there is any reduction in pain.
Curamin used to be good but not anymore.
I used Curamin for about a year with great success. I started to get knee pain and shoulder pain rearing its head again, even though there was no change in activity level from two weeks previous. I have now taken it for over 90 days and the pain has only intensified. I honestly believe this stuff is a different formulation than it used to be even though the bottles don’t seem to indicate this. I give it a 1 star at this point.
