I don't notice much difference if I take these or not
These pills are shaped so strangely and are extremely hard to swallow. I take many supplements and these by far are the hardest to swallow. I also don’t think I have gotten as much benefit from them as I have other products. I have an inflamation and chronic pain disorder and I don’t notice much difference if I take these or not.
