    I cannot recommend Dr Ming's Slimming Tea to anyone.

    I’ve been trying out Dr. Ming’s tea for about a month, and honestly, I’m not that impressed. Despite sticking to it, I’ve only managed to lose 5 pounds. It’s disappointing, to say the least. While I can’t deny that I feel slightly better, the bloated sensations have eased up a bit, and there’s a slight boost in energy levels, but it’s nothing extraordinary. My sleep has marginally improved, but it’s hardly worth the hype. Overall, I can’t really recommend this slimming tea to anyone looking for a positive change.

    Dr. Ming Tea for weight loss is a big no for me.

    Dr. Ming Tea is just a regular stimulant of laxative tea. I have Organic tea from other brands that work much better and its reviews are real compared to Dr. Ming Tea reviews. Do not waste your money because Dr. Ming’s Tea price is not worth it.
