I wanted to see if I could get more energy, but I didn’t notice any positive changes after trying this product. The drinks taste extremely artificial. I have gained 0.5 kg, experienced bloating, stomach pain, and constipation. I don’t feel well in the morning, and I even feel nauseous immediately after drinking it. I’m planning to contact the consultant because I suspect I might have a blockage and I’m not feeling well at all.
Do not waste your money, it doesn’t work.
This product did not help at all. I spent $65 on a 10-day trial. What I received was, swelling, bloating, gained 3lbs. Nauseous and severe heartburn that wouldn’t go away until I tried a different sample. My rep told me to drink plenty of water with electrolytes in it. I did. Still didn’t help. Just FYI I stick to a very strict keto diet I was hoping this would jump-start weight loss and help on weekends when I do dirty keto. Like Joseph’s pitas veggies etc. Do not waste your money. The rep also never got back to me even when she said she would. I’m very disappointed! Such a waste of money and time. I’m the type of person that would have shared this with everyone had it worked. I told the consultant today it doesn’t work. She literally is now texting me videos and info. Omg! Seriously. A little too late. Should have gotten back to me earlier.

I began taking the product for weight loss. I was following a ketogenic diet but wasn’t losing weight like most people say they do. By adding Pruvit, and staying low carb, I have lost 19 pounds in 6 weeks. I was skeptical of purchasing it thinking it wouldn’t work. My nieces were using it and said they had great results. I was shocked with my results. It also gives me every and decreases my appetite significantly.
Pruvit Keto OS seems to work for me
If I was on more of a schedule and could remain by the directions of taking a capsule 30 min before my meal I think I would see better results. I am retired and every day is different so I often miss taking a capsule by trying to time taking it at that 30 min mark. However, I have seen some results even though I don’t take the capsule 3 times a day
