How Does It Work? The Science Behind MomenTrim Keto
This supplement is meant to be taken in conjunction with following a keto eating pattern to experience optimal weight loss results while reducing the sluggish effects of the “keto flu” and keeping energy levels up.
Following a high fat, high protein, low carbohydrate diet restricts the amount of glucose in the blood, forcing the body to burn ketones (fat) as energy instead. Starting a keto diet can be rough due to the typical initial effects of feeling ill and sluggish as the body adapts to a new regimen.
The addition of ketones in supplement form is meant to provide a quick, but sustainable boost of energy to reduce keto flu side effects, induce ketosis for long periods of time, and burn more fat as compared to just following a keto diet.
Side note about ketogenic diet pills like this one – they are often termed as exogenous ketones and there are different types as described in the link. It appears unlikely that any type of exogenous ketones will induce/maintain a state of ketosis alone.
Without following an additional suitable diet like a keto diet – unless repeatedly taken at certain amounts throughout the day to maintain a higher level of ketones in the blood like the combined keto diet and keto pills would induce; however, there still may be some benefit to taking exogenous ketones without following a particular diet.
This one small animal study[2] suggests ketone bodies alone may suppress appetite and promote voluntary caloric restriction and this small human study[3] found exogenous ketone drinks induced ketosis for a couple of hours, but repeated consumption was necessary to maintain a state of ketosis for longer periods of time.
MomenTrim Keto Ingredients – The Breakdown
The only ingredient in this supplement is goBHB, a patented beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB) blend made by Compound Solutions, Inc.
goBHB – A ketone body blend made up of acetoacetate, acetone, and BHB. These ketone bodies (broken down fat) are not foreign to the body as they are already produced by the liver for energy when glucose is not a readily available source. This naturally occurs during times of fasting/starvation (no carbohydrate intake) and extended periods of exercise. goBHB also includes a calcium, sodium, and potassium combination for taste and easy breakdown properties.

MomenTrim Keto Consumer Reviews & Results
There are only a couple of reviews for this product, all negative in that no consumer found the supplement did anything for them. However, no review provides specific information like if they were following a keto diet or how many capsules they were taking and for how long they followed a regimen.
The Bottom Line on MomenTrim Keto
Although the ingredients and science behind how the supplement is supposed to work appear sound, the limited reviews and poor ratings alone, take this supplement out of the running compared to several other keto diet pills on the market like Keto Platinum and Team Keto Fuel.
Is There Anything Else I Should Know About MomenTrim Keto?
Following a ketogenic diet and/or taking keto diet pills is not for everyone and in some circumstances can be life-threatening.
It’s crucial to consult your doctor before starting a keto diet pattern and/or keto diet pills for your safety.
MomenTrim Keto – Questions and Answers
Q: How to Take MomenTrim Keto?
A: The recommended dosage is 2 capsules 3 times a day, 20-30 minutes before a meal with 8 ounces of water.
Q: How Much Does MomenTrim Keto Cost?
A: Amazon appears to be the only seller of the supplement at this time.
- 1 Bottle (60 capsules): $39.95 (free shipping) – so if you take 6 capsules per day, this bottle will only last 10 days.
Q: Is MomenTrim Keto Safe? What If I Have A Health Condition?
A: MomenTrim Keto is likely safe as inducing nutritional ketosis is generally safe, but if done for too long, could lead to nutritional imbalances and reduced immunity. In general, anything inducing ketosis can cause stomach upset, too low blood sugar levels, and dehydration.
The keto flu is common at the beginning of starting a ketogenic type of regimen as the body is reacting to unexpected shifts in energy sources, minerals, and insulin.
Altering types of fats, increasing fiber, vitamins, minerals, and water intake, and taking certain medications may help manage symptoms.
Following a keto diet and taking any type of exogenous ketones can be life threatening if ketoacidosis develops, which is when the body produces extremely high levels of ketone bodies causing the blood to become too acidic.
This typically does not happen in a generally healthy adult, but can in those with Diabetes. Those with Diabetes should avoid ketogenic diets and keto diet pills to prevent ketoacidosis. To learn more about the differences between nutritional ketosis and ketoacidosis, click here.
Q: What Is MomenTrim Keto’s Return & Refund Policy?
A: There does not appear to be an official website that sells MomenTrim Keto and Amazon seems to be the only current seller. There is no specific return and refund policy discussed for the supplement, but Amazon typically has viewable “return by” dates of products after you purchase them. Specific questions/concerns would be handled by Amazon Customer Service. Fortunately, Amazon is well-known and is typically easy to work with.
