I can’t get it to work again.
This worked for me the first time and I can’t get it to work again. I’ve charged batteries, done everything I can think of and it no longer works. Finally, I emailed Dr. Pen for the 4th tome and they stopped responding to me. I don’t recommend.
I should've paid more attention to the ingredients.
It has a gentle mix with HA, isn’t irritating to the skin. There is a limited effect with reducing wrinkles which is what I bought it for since I already have another water mask (think the thicker, stronger version of this) though I should’ve paid more attention to the ingredients.
Not Convinced. It is pretty pricey.
I have been using this product for about a week now. I have noticed that my face has broken out more than before I used it. According to the other reviews, this is a ‘purge breakout’ where the Dermapen pulls bacteria up to the surface for the first use. Their website also says to limit the use to just once per day if this persists. I will keep trying to see if my skin improves but as of right now I am uncertain if I couldn’t have lived without it. It is pretty pricey.
